Documents to Lender/Appraiser

Now it’s time to get the financing finalized:

• The Customer selects an interim and mortgage lender.
• The Customer finalizes required documents for the interim and mortgage lender.
• Sterling distributes two sets of Construction Cost Sheet, Specifications, contracts & preliminary plans to the Customer’s lender.
