Step 19

Wall Finishes

At this point your home really starts to take shape. During the Wall Finishes stage we:

• Install and check all insulation and expandable foam.
• Install sheetrock, Fire-rock, Dura-rock and Quiet-rock.
• Apply wall textures such as Monterrey Drag, Hand Trowel and Venetian plaster.
• During this stage the Customer will approve wall texture samples, approve exterior stone pattern/color, and approve stucco color and texture.
