Lot Purchase or Evaluation

At this point we are ready to select the lot. This includes:

• Placing the lot under contract.
• Ordering tree/topographical survey for lot.
• An initial meeting with the mortgage banker.
• A deposit for tree/topographical survey and conceptual plan design.
