This is to express my appreciation to you (and also Sterling Homes) for the “personalized and professional” service you’ve demonstrated over the past few months while updating and enhancing our wonderful place in Lakeway.

As you know, our home was originally built by Sterling Custom Homes back in the mid 1990’s on a beautiful one-acre lot in Lakeway. Over time, styles change and the interior needed some attention. The tile, paint, carpet and even the stairwell needed to be brought into the 21st Century to stay on par with the multitude of homes being built in our area.

That’s where you, Hank, entered the picture. After just one conversation, my husband and I were certain you were the right person to handle our needs. You impressed us immediately with your focus on cost, knowledge of the reconstruction business and personal professionalism.

Over the past months you have lead an amazing “make-over” of our home. What was once a “nice” place is now “stellar”. Further, the home’s value has been increased immensely. Thank you for your fine handling of this project, Hank. We have been pleased and impressed throughout the entire process.
