We are starting our second year in your Extended Home Care Program and just wanted to let you know that we have been extremely pleased with the level of service. You have set our mind “at ease” with respect to keeping our home maintained properly. 

The program is professionally managed to Sterling’s high standards by Mr. Martin. The quarterly inspections have been very thorough and complete. Furthermore, I don’t have to go up on the roof anymore! We also like the fact that we have someone to call when we have a problem and know we will get good quick service.

We look forward to continuation in the program as long as we own the home.
