Les works within the estimating and purchasing systems that have been implemented at Sterling Custom Homes, Inc. These systems integrate into the accounting and construction management at Sterling to help maintain the quality and timeliness of our construction through Trade Partner relationships.

His career started in Central Texas and he has worked in the residential construction industry for the past 25 years. His experience working for small and large homebuilders has covered a wide geographical area of the US – from Orlando, FL in the East, to Las Vegas, NV out West and Troy, MI up North. Les’ most recent experience was as General Manager for a small semi-custom builder in Boulder City, NV.

This is Les’ second time around with Sterling Custom Homes; it just happens to be 18 years since the first time! His knowledge of residential construction, his ethics and his drive to be successful have earned him a strong reputation within the industry. Les graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Major in Accounting and a Minor in Economics.
