Vick has devoted his entire career to the residential construction industry. Vick spends his time on location at our job sites overseeing the construction process. He also manages the scheduling and logical systems and ensures the smooth implementation of our quality control process. In addition to the job management and supervision, Vick tracks change orders and allowances on current projects for our homeowners and answers any questions they have. While Vick oversees pricing and the construction process, he points out “my real job is to manage the customer experience as it relates to the Sterling Process. Building a home is as much about building trust and relationships as it is about sticks and bricks.”

Vick has been with Sterling since April 1999. Prior to his employment at Sterling, Vick spent six years in the production homebuilding industry starting as a superintendent and working his way to estimating manager. Vick is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Natural and Applied Sciences.
